Tuning Information
We offer complete tuning solutions for your Evo. We can tune any of the following ECU's:
* stock ecu * autronic * AEM * UTEC * and more!
The stock ECU is by far the most used ecu for the Evo, and it is capable up to very high power levels. My own car makes 500whp utilizing a completely stock ecu setup. Our time attack car makes 581whp with the stock mass airflow sensor on stock ecu!
The work done in a tune includes:
* adjusting fuel tables using my zeitronix wideband system that I will hook into your car (no wideband is needed on your part)
* adjusting the timing tables
* setting the rev limiter and the two step limiter
* removing the speed limiter
* adjusting the overboost protection
* adjusting the MIVEC tables (Evo 9/X only)
* setting the boost, for this I use the manifold pressure sensor with my wideband system in case you don't have a boost gauge.
* setup ECU controlled boost using a 3-port valve (sold seperately)
* I can also add other features found on EvolutionM.net created by Tephra and other very generous software gurus. This includes no lift to shift, valet mode, knock CEL flasher, alternate map switching, and direct boost control.
The cost of a tune is $300, and for repeat customers a retune is only $200. Contact me for any questions you may have!
